If the bottom of your pizzas are the only thing that's gettin' cooked, you are doing it wrong! LOOSELY wrap the pizza in aluminum foil and place on the grill over the charcoal, not too close now! After 5-10 mins. check the bottom of the pizza. If it's gettin' too brown and crispy while the top is not cookin' at all, raise your grill a few inches. A few more minutes and mmmmmmmmmmmm good. Remind me to give you (and Jerry) my stewed rattlesnake recipe next. :-)
