Paramount Mountains?!?!? What???

I am stuck! While doing some research I came across the name "Paramount Mountains" that is supposedly in DV. I checked GNIS data as well as several other sources and can't find any "Paramount Mountains" in DV or anywhere near DV. I was thinking someone may have transposed the Panamint Mountains into "Paramount Mountains" , but still, Paramount is a far cry from Panamint. Any ideas, thoughts?
