When/Where Are Jets Seen in the Valley?

Once in a while I have seen aircraft (fighters) in the Valley. This was along saline valley south pass road. What time of the year and where do they practice most often? Is there a resource on the web to find out more about flights?

A few years back I saw what appeared to be F117 Stealth fighters. I pulled off 395 and parked to watch the two of the fly. Wow. This was by Independence.
