Don't forget, you can get a DUI on your bicycle, or public drunkeness just walking around with a beer in your hand.
Finally, one could argue that beer should be in your first aid kit. I mean, it lowers body temperature, so could possibly prove useful in treating heat stroke/exhaustion. Just don't forget to drink other fluids, too, to compensate for the dessicant properties of alcohol.
