Lippincott (sp) Road

MY Delorme Map Book shows a campground called Homestake or something like that on the Lipponcott Road heading East out of Saline Valley towards a pass. Does anyone who has travelled that road have any info? If it no longer exists, not a problem. I can camp anywhere thats reasonably flat or level. Just curious.
