Yep, the Homestake Camp is at the end of the Racetrack Road, just past the Lippencott turn-off. It's really just a small, primitive, dry-camping area at the end of the road, but it's the only legal camping spot near Racetrack Playa. No camping allowed from (I think) Teakettle Junction until Homestake. There has been a beat up portable vault toilet at this campspot in the past. The Lippencott lead mines are on the hills south of Homestake.
