Question About Manele Bay Mining Operations

Earlier posts indicate that Manele Bay Co. was found non-compliant by the BLM. Have they been fined, or otherwise punished for overdeveloping the road up Pleasant Canyon? What is their side of the story? Is the World Beater really operational again with productive results? For the record, I believe in fair and balanced access/use of our natural resources. Both the enviornmentalists and mining companies have legitimate concerns for preservation of their chosen ways.
