Last Fall, Manele Bay and representatives from the BLM's Ridgecrest Field Office met and agreed that Manele would re-establish the road, repair the riparian area, re-establish proper water turnouts and berms, and file a plan of operation that addresses their road work. Lastly, the metal matting is to be removed.
During our research we found lots of information on the web about Manele Bay and their plans to resume the World Beater. I recommend your structuring your search to include keywords of "mine" and exclude the words "resort" and "hotel". This will narrow your results significantly.
