Chloride Cliff

I'm going to DV next week and would like to visit Chloride Cliff. I've not hiked much above the top of the Keane Wonder Mine, and I was wondering if the route from there to Chloride Cliff is doable--I've read there are NPS "No Tresspassing" signs. Also, I was wondering if I could drive part of the way there from the road leading to Monarch Canyon from the Daylight Pass Road (at least some of the way) in a standard, 2 WD passanger vehicle. Any thoughts or advice will be very, very appreciated.
