Briggs Cabin

Does anyone know anything about "Briggs Cabin" in the Panamints? My main questions are: What is the main road to it out of Ballarat? Can I get there in a 4WD? Also, I've heard of "Briggs Camp" is this the same location?
Thanks! I'd like to make a run up there this weekend.
