Ok assumed he went 90 MPH down the hill...the way the question is posed the hill is the same size up as down ... if he went 30 mph, and the hill was 30 miles, he would be done in an hour... if he went 90 mph, after 20 minutes he is down the hill... 90 MPH for 20 miles averaged with 30 MPH for 1 hour is not 60 mph.
