Yep, there is quite a bit of water on the lake. Likely, you should be able to float a kayak.

I think the are photos of a kayak on Manly in the archives.Seems like it was 10 years ago or so.

With all the rain this past winter is there any water, or should I say enough to float my kayak.

Several years ago I was there without my kayak and the lake's level was nearly over the road. I plan on being in the park the following weekend and would dearly love to paddle in the lowest spot in the U.S., and if enough water of someone taking a video of me rolling my kayak there.
