great article only thing I question is the statment about being able to endur the heat. I have lived in the high desert Smoke Creek (Black Rock)areaof Nevada for over 50 years and older I get the more it takes it toll.I read an article in the 70's about it was almost impossible to consume enough of water in Dv to make up what you lose.Dv never cuts anyone an slack.
