Surprise Canyon Meetings

The first round of scoping meetings for the draft EIS as part of the Surprise Canyon Road closure is being held. I just got back from speaking at the afternoon public comment period.

The pro-vehicle access people out numbered the closurists 5 to 1. The Pro's were much more prepared than the anti's
