The Yellow Grade Road to Cerro Gordo should be fine. However the Swansea Grade to the Salt Tram from Cerro Gordo is difficult in certain areas, and I would not advise trying it by yourself, nor would I do it in a vehicle without lockers. Weather is going to be a big factor, as well. Looks like an early winter to me, but things could change.
