I took the lazy man's way up that hill in the BLM helicopter. After all BLM stands for "Bunch of Lazy Men" Seriously though, I was in awe of the mountain and have always wanted to return. Remote areas are my calling and Deep Creek canyon is in my backyard. I am unfamiliar with the Panamints except for this excursion.
